How we partner with you
Are you an activity instructor, venue, expert, or local business looking to reach more people? From restaurants, to dance instructors, outdoor pursuit companies to historians, we would love to work with you to put on a joint event to the Outwood Social group.
We work with you and our other partners to craft an event programme that showcases what you do for our community. From the planning, joint advertising and hosting to everything in between, we will work with you to make sure we deliver the best event possible for our members, in the simplest way.
We love to structure our events in a way that gives a flavour to the group, from taster sessions and group challenges to a mini-series of follow on events covering a variety of skills and difficulty levels.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- An exclusive session for Outwood Social members only E.g. Exclusive booking of the class, venue, or private dining area. Added value for the group that makes our joint event extra special.
- To participate with any joint Marketing to help publicise the event.
- For you to share any event details and images for promoting the event.
- Necessary risk assessments and health and safety procedures to be in place.
WHAT WE’ll do in return:
- Bring you an excited group of attendees looking to enjoy and get stuck in.
- We’ll manage the individual ticket payments with the group, so you only have one invoice to send us.
- We’ll participate in joint marketing opportunities to publicise the event.
- One point of contact that will keep you up-to-date throughout.
