Join us for a half-day course learning how to make wild garlic pesto. Hosted by the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre, we will go down to the Onny Meadows to forage for wild garlic leaves and then return to the Centre for a workshop on how to make wild garlic pesto.

You will learn how to transform your foraging finds, into a tangy, delicious sauce that is versatile and lovely served with pasta and a squeeze of lemon. The price of £15 per person includes a morning coffee, tasters, a jar of pesto to take home and a recipe card.
